Alacero Summit 2025, the main meeting of the Latin American steel industry, will take place on November 11th and 12th. A space to discuss the situation of the sector, the challenges and relevant topics that contribute to the industrial and socioeconomic growth of the region.

Alacero Summit has been held since 1962 and has positioned itself as the main meeting place for the Latin American steel industry and its value chain.

This year, the host city will be Cartagena de Indias, in Colombia, which will receive specialists, leaders and references of the sector who will contribute their views, experience and knowledge on the most urgent challenges and opportunities for the steel community in Latin America to continue working to be an innovative industry, responsible with the care of the environment and generator of quality employment and integral development.

During the two-day event, the agenda will focus on the following topics:

  • Markets and Geopolitics: Geopolitical and macroeconomic outlook. Regionalization as an opportunity for LATAM’s reindustrialization.
  • International trade: Global scenario in constant evolution. Unfair trade, tariffs, trade diversions and their impact on LATAM.
  • Innovation and industry 5.0: New technologies for more sustainable and efficient processes. Leadership for change management and talent prepared for the green and technological transition.

Alacero Summit 2025 brings together C-level executives from the main steel producers and their value chain. It will also feature a trade show with more than 21 booths and coworking spaces.
