Alacero presents its new LATAM Data Monitor, a platform—exclusive to its members—that centralizes historical and comparative data to support industry analysis.
In this first release, the Monitor compiles statistical information on crude steel and rolled steel production (available from 2011 to 2026), as well as imports, exports, and consumption data (2014-2026), updated on a monthly basis.
The information will be available by country and product category, including flat steel, long steel, and seamless tubes. Among its key features, the tool offers advanced filters, dynamic visualization, and quick data export. This first version is an initial step in the Monitor’s development, which will continue to incorporate new content and features to deepen the analysis of the sector.
Access is provided through the Alacero Extranet, allowing members to securely view the information from anywhere. Additionally, the platform is optimized for mobile devices, making it easy to access and view data on computers, cell phones, and tablets.
